The mission of the North American Baptist Conference of churches is to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ at home and internationally.
The NAB has four End Goals:
1. The NAB will be trained for missional ministries that flow out of being spiritually formed by who God is and who we are in God.

- Missional training based on who God is and who God is forming us to be in Jesus Christ
2. The NAB will engage cross-culturally.
