The mission of the North American Baptist Conference of churches is to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ at home and internationally.
The NAB has four End Goals:
1. The NAB will be trained for missional ministries that flow out of being spiritually formed by who God is and who we are in God.

2. The NAB will engage cross-culturally.
