We are looking for healthy and rooted church planters to join Jesus on mission to the lost and hurting. We value God’s Word, supportive connection, and empowering leadership working together to contribute to a shared vision.
When you plant with the Covenant, you are connected to an ongoing support network that includes training, coaching, and cohorts with other planters. We also support our plants with finances, administration, and crisis care. We don’t have one model for planting – instead, we discern with you how the Lord is leading you to reach non-churched people.
The Northwest Conference is comprised of roughly 140 churches in MN, ND, SD, western WI, and northern IA. These churches come in all shapes and sizes. They are urban, ethnic, town & country and suburban. Our conference is part of the Evangelical Covenant Church, a multi-ethnic, intergenerational, and missional mosaic of churches in the United States and Canada, with missionaries on five continents.
We look forward to a conversation together with you about church planting!
