Since 2008, Nitrogen Network has been dedicated to equipping churches for urban ministry. We began as a church planters’ boot camp and developed the Chain Re.A.C.T.N. process: Recruiting, Assessing, Coaching, Training, and Networking. With the initial five churches of the Impact Network, we have helped launch more than 30 churches. Over time, our focus has expanded to urban areas across the U.S. and England, partnering with movements to create urban church planting networks.
Our approach is simple:
• Recruiting & Assessing: We utilize our 25 years of experience in urban ministry to connect potential church planters with great opportunities.
• Training: Recognizing that many conferences offer content that doesn’t easily translate to the urban core, we provide practical training for urban practitioners in areas like church planting, ministry leadership, strategic planning, digital marketing, fundraising, re-entry ministry, and business on a mission.
• Coaching: Our coaches are equipped to create tailored, relevant coaching experiences, empowering leaders to navigate the challenges of urban ministries and impact their communities for Jesus.
• Networking: We work alongside regional leaders in constructing the necessary infrastructure for a healthy urban multiplication network.
Through these efforts, Nitrogen Urban Network is focused on planting in Georgia, Michigan & North Carolina.
