With 25 years of pastoral ministry and 6 years of ministry coaching and consulting, my focus is growing churches through the healthy development of the pastors who lead them. When pastors are spiritually cared for, encouraged, equipped, and empowered, they are able to grow their churches while living healthy fulfilled lives.
Having served as an Executive Pastor for years, I understand how to develop systems and processes that make ministry effective while still preserving the spiritual vibrance of God moving through his people. Most church planters can’t afford to have an Executive Pastor for the first several years. I provide the skill set of an Executive Pastor without taking a chunk out of the budget.
