I’m compelled with Spirit-fueled passion to support Ephesians 4:11 leaders, especially missional pioneers and planters and innovative pastors. I’ve been involved as a church starter in Europe and in the US, have seeded and led apostolic networks, worked as an adjunct professor designing and overseeing coaching courses / teams, and of course, I coach (have well over 1800 hours clocked professionally). As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I employ a studied and well-practiced grasp of missional planting frameworks (both developmental and performative) – I’m interested in a given leader’s formation over the long haul just as much than what they can cultivate in practical outcomes for Jesus’ sake.
